ABAV Expo is Brazil’s largest tourism event and this year will be held in Rio de Janeiro between September 27 and September 29.
As part of its ABAV Buyers Club* program the organizer, ABAV Nacional (Brazilian Travel Agencies Association), will select international buyers who will have to comply with a business agenda, including a familiarization trip prior to the start of the event, which occurs on September 24.
This is a unique opportunity to meet all the Brazilian Tourism players in a single location, sign new deals and get to know the destination better.
ABAV and its sponsors will analyze your company's profile and if selected, you may receive benefits EITHER in the form of accommodation and transfers OR in the form of air tickets, accommodation, transfers, travel insurance and tourist attractions.

* ABAV Nacional started a club for international buyers and domestic inbound tourism buyers, the ABAV Buyers Club, for the purpose of boosting business in the tourism sector, generating an increase in the contact network as well as in terms of selling and buying opportunities for club members.
ABAV Expo's Hosted Buyers Program is an initiative set up by ABAV Nacional in order to promote products and services to the international market, via the participation of hosted invited buyers with a high potential to close business deals and who are seeking to establish relationships with domestic entrepreneurs and destinations, developing new opportunities in terms of sales and networking, and boosting the visibility of Brazil's tourism products.

El Programa Hosted Buyers de ABAV Expo es una iniciativa de ABAV Nacional, para promover productos y servicios al mercado internacional, a través de la participación de compradores invitados con un alto potencial para hacer negocios y que buscan relacionarse con empresarios y destinos nacionales, lo que desarrollará nuevas oportunidades de venta, networking y mayor visibilidad de los productos turísticos de Brasil.
